My approach is focused on helping you move out of pain by addressing how your body works as a whole — not just where it hurts. Our bodies are made up of multiple complex systems that all work together to support us throughout our lives.
Over time these systems can hold onto traumas — Your Body remembers what your mind forgets. Most people come in with multiple areas of tension or injuries and think those are the areas that need work. In most cases there are multiple contributing factors that need specific attention to effectively let go of all of the tension.
Addressing just one or two areas won't typically resolve the issue — it will just come back over time. That's why every session here is customized to meet your goals, comfort level, and body's unique needs in real time to create lasting change.
